i cant wait to get up there, ill have to drop about abother 30-35 punds......i let myself go after hs smh

and work on my legs, did you guys consistently work on your legs or did it come natural?

i know ALOT of people that did this same $%$...  Esp some shorties.. I  be like damn she used to be bad... and now she

but i think my hops came natural. of course you work on it.. but i guess playing atleast 2x a week also can help

^^shots fired, yea after hs i started eating junk, didnt play any sports, now im getting back on my game and dropped 30 pounds (i was 280 at one point) yes i was big husky dude lolz..trying to hit 210 by may, ill prob have to be like 200 to dunk with solid legs

5'7 could only grab rim....sucks cause I knew I needed another foot, but I was never gonna get that.beleive it or not, its up to you

5'11 160. I'm more of a two footed dunker, which is weird since I've been a long jumper my whole life. Best dunk I can do is probably a windmill off the bounce.
