Yeah it wasn't od spicy but the flavor worked with so many things. Yeah I haven't bought another bottle though I did enjoy it.
El yucateco xxxtra hot sauce got a nice flavor and kick without being overbearing and much cheaper, plus easier to find.

Baked it on like 150 for a couple hours in the oven to dry it out. A dehydrator is ideal but I don't have that.

Dried out my own Thai Spicy Chilis and grounded them up into a variation of "Red Pepper Flakes."
