I mean I feel like it’s fair to say most probably had higher hopes for The Bobcat than being thrown in a tag team. In ANY federation.

Can agree with this.

At least he was partnered with Swerve coming in and not that goofball Kip Sabian like Miro was.

TK needs to bump Rampage to 2 hours to try and get some of these people more TV time.

Some things are just blatant.

This is one.

Keith Lee didn't come over here to do THIS.

We can "wait and see" but I wouldn't bet on things changing.

I was serious about AEW easing Lee back into things.
Putting him with a tag partner was a good idea.

They can't run him ragged before they know how he will physically respond.
They don't want anyone collapsing in the ring or outside especially a top guy...
So don't make him a top guy at first - see how he can manage for while.

Next, a lot of folks are talking about Triple HHH's new role in WWE.

It seems it may have been thrust upon him last minute.
Yet no one brings up his health issues over the past year?

I wonder if he is ready for this new role or what he wants.
It will surely be stressful.

Of course I wish him & Keith Lee the best.

Maybe he just doesn't have IT and TK sees that. Maybe he's just mid card at best... Why sit here and speculate on what HE thinks? Or maybe he's holding a mid card title until HIS time comes up. Aren't you always complaining about how newcomers always get title shots they don't deserve in A&W?
How would YOU book HIM?

Also, can I borrow some of your old FMW tapes?

Luchasaurus should have stayed a bad guy
Honestly I didn't even notice when he went back to being a face. Last time I saw those two on TV Luchasauraus turned on JB and Christian beat the ish outta him
Out of the previous 6 teams that have held tag team titles in AEW only 2 teams would be considered "mid card"

SCU and Jurassic Express

If you feel Lee and Swerve are "mid card" then why would YOU expect TK to make a "mid carder" Keith Lee AEW World champ?

You even agree that he is not being booked poorly. He wasn't immediately made world champion so he should be disgruntled

HE is in a mood today. Don't encourage HIM.

Keith Lee is an established star in that Indy realm. He isn't a random bum from the Indy circuit getting an undeserved run. He isn't Orange Cassidy. He isn't a random outsider taking Mox to the limit.

I never spoke on him getting a world title shot. Never. Not once.

I believe in putting MAJOR signings in that upper midcard and pushing them forward. Keith Lee doesn't have time to fiddle around playing tag with damn Swerves.

But again, I wouldn't have signed up all those dudes AEW has in the first place.

He has a small window.

If that is the thought process, either
A. Don't sign him
B. Push him to the moon.

Having Keith Lee in the midcard when a few years ago he was going toe to toe with Brock Lesner for a brief second is nonsense to me.

But I will wait and see.

The Bobcat should’ve been pushed upper card in WWE. But Vince Vinced.

I guess Khlan is doing better than THAT, but still disappointing.

I'm saying it may be necessary.
When things appear good to go, then give him the push you think he deserves.

But it may not be...I'm not in the company.

Oh I got what you are saying Big Rhino.

I just feel that if you are worried that much about someone's health, I don't see why you would even sign them in the first place.

He is just going to get more beat up and bigger as time goes on.

DCAllAfrican DCAllAfrican In your opinion, what makes someone a “STAR”?

Combination of

Placement on the card
Historical importance
Drawing power
Ability

I've always hated how WWE always called EVERYONE a star. I get why they did it though.

Wheeler Yuta is not a star in AEW like folks said he was made into after he fought Moxley.

What if KL doesn't work out in AEW and it's not anyone's fault but his own?

What was everyone's main gripe with him? That he couldn't cut a promo.

There were also reports that he allegedly had a bad attitude while on the main roster in WWE.

A real #waitandsee with him in the next 6 months or so.

EYE think DC's main gripe was that he sounded "too intelligent" to be a "monster"

He sounds like a sucka. He should be limited on the mic. But he has a baby face, video game based movement. So unless he has a mouthpiece, I think that holds him back to a degree.

He has everything else though.

Everyone that leaves WWE is said to have a bad attitude. Not listening to that.

Can you elaborate more on #2?
