For those who didn't get a GT they wanted from the reset, there might be another one on Sept. 15th.
MS sent out an email a week or 2 ago about their new ToS. They will add a new policy that will reset gamertags that haven't been signed into in 5 years. Sept 15th is the date they'll add the policy. No word yet on whether they'll start counting from that date or if they'll be resetting tags that have been inactive for 5+ years already.
If a profile's achievements are public you can get an idea of its inactivity. A GT with its last achievement unlocked in 2009 for example will most likely be inactive for 5 years
