That info should help me really decide. 

I saw a 1440p/60fps video of tekken 7, so I'm undecided. 

I wish tekken 7 was part of the xbox play anywhere program.

I have no idea what the PS4 numbers are like but SFV does have cross-play.  If it didn't, the PC playerbase would probably be much smaller than it is.

Fighting games just aren't very popular on PC for a number of reasons.
