Yes totally agree. For your average joe they def don't need a coach. Now if you're competing in a show or meet then a coach is a huge plus. Or you just don't want to out the guess work in. Thats what the coach and trainer will do for you.
Remmeber depends of you and the research on finding a good coach. Also getting shredded is easy lol. But did he have to suffer and eat nothing and do crazy amount of cardio that is the question? But he might be one of the good guys like me! lol
You're right. Everyone is a "coach" these days lol. And they give bad terrible programs, "meal plan" advice. And gives real coaches/trainers a bad rep. If you do your research you can find a good coach. I don't use a cookie cutter program hahaha. I work with percentages and total tonnage...
Appreciate that brotha means a lot!
I know them feels bro haha. I said the same thing. Then I got a belt as a gift so I said might as well and the relearning began lol
I got you brotha! ;) check out my channel I got some good tips and mobility stuff.
Man I use to never squat in a belt got so use to it. But once I got to the big boy weights o wanted a belt so I can keep my core tight. Felt super weird and awkward at first lol. But once in breaks in and I got...
Of course you want the belt tight as possible but leave some space so you can breath into the belt. Pushing your core through the belt. That will keep your core tight and safe. AS you sit really pull the slack out the bar so it can sit onto your hamstrings.
If you're trying to gain lean mass you must actually start tracking your macros and seeing how much carbs fats protien you are actually eating. Then just eating meals and not knowing how much Cals you need to actually grow.
I feel you brotha. Yea def look into the bands its way better. You can put them under your foot(so standing) or under your knee(or knees)
You can check out my youtube channel. In one of my pull workout vids my boy is using a band for pull ups and he's 300 pounds! lol
You don't use any assistance when doing pull ups? I say use a light resistance band to be able to do the wide grip pull up. Helps strengthen those lats til you're able to pull without them.
Stick with the soft foam rollers first and ease into in. So don't put to much pressure. Slowly get that fascia out until it gets better. Than get a harder one once your muscles become less tight.
You guys make it so complicated lol. If it fits your marcos isn't a diet. People been counting cals carbs pro and fats since the old days. Theres just a name for it now haha. People thing they can eat whatever they want. "It fits my macros" Which is true. And it won't affect how you look...
Really depends on you bro. Some like to work out fasted and then start their window post workout. Others like me when I use to do IF. I would start my window with a meal then couple hours later workout then eat a big post workout meal. It was great when I was cutting back then. But since my...
