I can confirm this too. Yes, adidas official conversion on their site is US 10 women is 9 men, but I have white pair in women size and for me 1.5 up women fits completely the same than men size (men US9 to women US10.5). I guess their conversion is just a suggestion and varies from model to...

The pair I own fits quite snug so I thought I will be good going half size up. But now that they are women's... The official adidas conversion on their page is in us sizes...
