Same here. I can't take his character seriously at all until I see another side of him. I think that's the point though.. his character is supposed to be a mobster turning into a legit businessman

Colin's Son biological father is probably Vince Vaughn's ginger henchman's.

I'm guessing Vince Vaughn set that rape up...pinned it on somebody he wanted dead and had Colin do it...knowing he'd be indebted to him for throwing him the revenge bone. 2 birds with one stone. Take out an enemy, and have a cop on the inside.

Slow pace, but the set up intrigues me.

Absolutely.

What struck me watching it was how obvious it was that the Kid wasn't Colin's even before they hinted to it. Making him a ginger was distinct.

I also noticed that most of the time when they showed Vince Vaughn's henchman, it was in a dimly lit setting. So you couldn't really see how red headed he was. Kind of like Childress's scars is season 1 that we didn't see so clearly in the light.

All just observations. These shows are never this simple lol.

That's actually the thing I questioned about the rape. Vince Vaughn basically just said "this is the guy" and Colin just took his word for it. Had me thinking he could have just made that up lol

He suffers from PTSD. Hence the ED, hence the need to play with his life, doing 100 on the bike in pitch darkness with no headlight...it provides a rush, that i guess helps him cope with said PTSD, hence the scars.

The way this show is shot kept me intrigued enough the actual cinematography was compelling as hell too me.

Also basing this off of last season.... the characters on the cop side all seem to be have distinct characteristics that should enable hell of dialogue between them. Colin character clearly is out of his ****** mind and drunk. Mcadams character also seems to be in a real dark place herself, but i expect her to be the most similar to "rus" character last year, based off her scenes i can see her being interested and involved in spirituality and morality.

Klistche Character is still the most unknown to me, PSD however clearly leaves things open for him creating a ton of issues for himself.

One thing I want to be clear about it and reiterate so everyone's on the same page, McAdams character is totally in to anal right? That's what she was talking about with her bf/guy she just smashed right. Had to be
