Aw man...why would they show the game on 89? It's not like a Sharks, Warriors or Giants game is on 40. That blows (I don't have digital).

The A's aren't going to be shown on CSN Bay Area. Most of their games will be broadcast on CSN CA.

Looks like we're still going to hit a bunch of double-plays and leave a %*!$ load of runners on base
Hopefully, Holliday doesn't get off to a slow start. He only had 1 extra base hit in spring training (a double) and only a single today.

That definitely wasn't how I wanted to see the season started but it is a long season. The offense is going to have to get it together early, especiallywith all these young pitchers.

Man, that was frustrating to watch. So many opportunities, but at least Braden had an okay start, especially since he's not meant to be our ace starter.
But CHAVEZ! That bat was popping tonight! Maybe he really is back to his old form?

Let's hope so. I hope Cahill impresses and we get a little work from Giambi. That was a bad season opener.

I'm actually located in San Luis Obispo. We have Charter. Angel games are usually on FSN West but the Dodgers play on there today so the Angels are onKCOP, but I don't think I get that.

It's nice to get that first W out of the way. The offense looked a lot better as the game went along, which is nice to see. We got to keep the strandedrunners to a minimum tho. Cust needs to practice A LOT on defense. I ain't expecting no gold glove defense, but c'mon
. Every time the ball is hitto him, I hold my breath (I can't be the only one
). He just looks so uncomfortable in the OF. Cahill worked out of a lot of jams, which was nice tosee. I'm surprised they let him go over 100 pitches, hopefully he has better control next time out.
