If Love and Kyrie are with Cleveland then why the **** would LeBron stay in Miami?

Love to the Cavs just seems like too good to be true.

I think they keep the pick.

Select Parker or Wiggins.
Career Arc: Russell Westbrook on Grantland
If not for the growth spurt, that all leads nowhere. Five inches is the difference between Russell Westbrook, NBA All-Star, and Russell Westbrook, comet of wounded pride at your local rec center.

So from right there, from the very beginning, you see the Russ Paradox already in place. He’s going to play with an intensity that makes him erratic, that makes him hard to predict. He’s going to go so hard he becomes a danger to everyone on the court, including his own team’s game plan. Watch the video of that dunk against Cal: coast to coast, through three defenders, a nuclear bowling ball. Say your lifelong dream had moved within reach so late, after you’d gotten used to seeing friends picked over you, after you’d started to think maybe your chance wasn’t coming — don’t you think you, too, might have a tough time letting go of the ball? Might plant yourself on the axial line between not taking this for granted and going ******* crazy? He showed up at his senior prom in an all-white tux with a turquoise vest and white-and-turquoise Stacy Adams shoes; he won best dressed. He plays like a new superhero who’s not fully in control of his powers, because that, in effect, is what he is.

:lol What a great article. :smokin

The whole idea of #LetWestbrookBeWestbrook is that watching a spectacularly gifted, idiosyncratic player operate without constraints is more fun than watching a clockwork offense — even his misfires are going to be tremendous. But everybody, including his defenders, acknowledges that the misfires are going to come.
Career Arc: Russell Westbrook
Best dressed in high school, NBA draft project, All-Star, irritant, folk hero.

Great article on Russ.

Edit: Damn you, MrO

Regardless.. it's an awesome article.

finallyfamous finallyfamous do you know for a fact that LeBron, not some of his entourage, LeBron, is over it? Because being a prideful black man, I wouldn't take kindly to anyone trying to act like they own me and when I leave of my free will, act like I just ran off the plantation. And wishing nothing but bad things on me. Not even taking into account the max money he can get from Miami, I think it is wishful thinking that with Dan Gilbert's clown *** being still the owner of that team couldn't be the one thing that keeps him from coming back.

i don't think lebron forgot about gilbert.

"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA TITLE BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER 'KING' WINS ONE."

AND it was in comic sans. bron can't go back.

Thompson..

and Manziel.

8o

and wiggins 8o

If Dirk left Dallas Cuban would've probably said some Nazi **** :lol

Gilbert was an idiot, but so was Bron with the "decision"

both were wrong. both apologized. time heals all. it's over with.

I mean I don't have a direct answer, but his entourage go to a ton of games and sit right by Gilbert. Saw Rich Paul talking to the Cavs president and GM (Grant at the time) earlier this year and stuff. Mav Carter there also. I think they knew they were both out of line.

What a great article.

He’s the most quantum player in basketball. Whatever happens, it won’t be his fault, and whatever happens, it will.

The publics opinions of Russ West in a nutshell.

I think LBJ is staying in MIA. It'd be wise if Bosh and Wade took paycuts; I'm not saying that have to but they aren't worth what they are getting paid, even if Wade is playing good ball now, he sat out 1/3 of the reg season games. MIA should then bring in some some better role players.

Only way Wade takes a paycut is if they don't win the title. If they do, he has all the leverage to basically say hey you ain't winning anything without me being here. Simmons said as much last week. Blame Kobe for getting that lifetime achievement contract, but I seriously doubt Wade is walking away from $20 mil when he wouldn't get half that from anyone else at this point of his career. Bosh may end up walking and making that a mute point though.
