Wall has been a better pure PG than Westbrook since Day 1.
Wizards have has pretty bad rosters as well before Beal and all the other pieces got there.

What exactly has being a pure PG gotten him though? Anything of note that's tangible? It's funny though y'all probably the same dudes years ago talking about OKC should trade Russ for Rondo cause he's a pure point. Just dumb stuff man. As good as Wall is, he's JUST now have a breakout year in his 7th season. He ain't on Russ' level as a player.

talk to us when Russ does something without KD. Nothing but first-round exits from now on.
No FA will want to play with Russ. His teammates probably hate his guts & are waiting for the first chance to leave OKC.

I've already said Russ is a better player, but as a floor general, he's pretty bad and the assists he's averaging is as misleading as ever.
Wall/Wizards were in a bad situation. Outside of that one year they had Paul Pierce, this might be the best Wizards roster Wall has had.
I wouldn't even put Westbrook now over MVP Rose.

Russell hasn't really done much outside of this triple double season. Harden had more of an impact than Westbrook getting them to the 2012 Finals.
Chris Paul will probably rank higher on all time lists than Westbrook as well.

LOL Russ has been an All NBA player 5x so far in his career before this season and now he's about to win league MVP after doing something that hasn't been done in 55 years. Hell last year he finished higher in the voting than KD. As for CP0 people are wising up to how overrated he really is.

It's funny how people blame all of OKC failures on Russ teammates but turn around and say Wall can't get out the 2nd round. In the two playoff series he's lost they were both to 1 seeds. No Wizards fan said but his team was bad. Washington wasn't exactly a Juggernaut team.
Now Wall has to make the ECF to be respected and even if he does the same dudes will say but the East is weak. While Russ who people claim is the MVP gets a pass because his team. Narratives completely washed on NT.
If we make the Conference Finals I don't want to hear about CP3 or Russ being better until they lead a team to that same round or the weak conference excuses.

now being able to see the 2 teams head to head, you can see how much weak okc is compared to the players on hou, and how much less russ has to work with. Literally when he goes to the bench, all hell breaks loose. Harden goes, they still have the main pieces to stay afloat. 2 6th candidates, nene, Ariza, none rebounding kevin love. Etc.
