Boston massacre as I said earlier In the thread.

i understand working the ball around and passing up good shots for better shots but are the rockets going to get a better shot than open shots early in the possession like those. the system was built to hoist those type of shots. unfortunately, they just didnt even get a fraction to go down and it allowed dubs to run down in transition before they could even set their defense. i think that hurt them the most, cause the pace from those missed shots didnt force the warriors to take the ball out and set their defense

That's the thing though. When the shots stopped falling in the 2nd half, instead of slowing down, they kept doing the same damn thing, and that's what made it frustrating to watch as a fan. It's a Game 7, you are going to have to make an adjustment to win the game even though it may not be your bread and butter. Rockets failed to make an adjustment (obviously wouldn't since MDA said he wouldn't make one at any time during the series) which compounded into a L.

Finals gonna suck something extra. Lebron my guy but this is too much to ask. Annoys me because the slander in here will be something awful.

I'll watch some of the games but not make it a priority and alter my weekend schedule for it. Unless the Cavs pull out the impossible.

There better be some god damn slander. After every series the Cavs won, ESPN was on its knees taking Brons best shot after he beat a bunch of these East teams. ESPN played a god damn top 10 best plays clip that consisted of nothing but Lebrons game winner versus the Pacers. After every damn series the Cavs won there was pages of dudes on here calling Lebron the GOAT.

Hell, Harden is getting slandered after losing his second best player because they lost in 7 to this warriors team. If Lebron gets swept or loses in like 5 and doesnt get slandered then that **** is ridiculous.

Like winter, the slander is ******* coming. To quote KG as I've been forced to sit back and listen to this **** for a month. "I'm sittin in the house, I'm loadin' up the pump. I'm loadin' up the Uzi, I got a couple M-16s, couple nines, got a couple joints with some silencers on 'em, I'm just loadin up clips. Got a couple grenades, couple missile launchers, with, you know, a couple missiles. I'm ready for war."

Im dropping pages of slander after this series if the Cavs ******* lose.

This post came off as very angry. Im not, dont @ me

Attach every one of their first rounders for the next decade with Ryan Anderson to somebody like the Hawks

Only way they’ll have any money to give anybody besides the vet minimum
i could see him ending up on the kings too. he's from there, they offered him a contract before and need shooting, plus they have the space and i'm sure would welcome draft picks.

it's risky and i'm sure they'll try to deal him first, but the rockets can get desperate and also use the stretch provision on him so he's not a 20m cap hit and becomes like 8m a year. morey is the GOAT salary cap manipulator, but he's also rational, so we'll see.

and we still have the MLE and the BAE when we go over the cap. but that probably depends on the owner wanting to pay luxury tax to improve a contending team.

4th guard, backup big, and a wing who can create are all priorities in addition to trying to keep our core guys

bron may be a fantasy but if he wants to come here there's no doubt we'll make it happen. that can be said for any team that lebron wants to go to though.

could post a ton more, but i'm done.

yes, we missed 27 straight 3's, but take away the 2 harden got hacked on and count the one he made that they waived off and you're not repeating that stat over and over again.

Folks tryna justify everything to fit their narrative :lol

Missed 3 pters or not, Harden was def robbed on those plays. One of those 3 pt shots that they called on the floor eventually turned into like a Klay 3pter lol

Considering the Warriors '15 championship and '16 season, do you guys think it's realistic that they would have won any more championships without adding KD, from '17 onward?

James def ain't big game James. Okc vs mia; Houston vs Spurs; Hou vs Utah (thanks cp3) and now Hou vs GS. Smh

depends on who they could've added with the money they gave to kd

if it's as simple as just removing kd, then i think they would've lost last year to the cavs and to us this year.

I don't even feel bad for cp. This is karma for all the flopping and dirtbag **** he did throughout his career. This will be the worst finals in nba history. 40+ point sweep every night.

I'm definitely not going to argue about the 4pt play that absolutely shouldn't have been called as not in the act of shooting, but people on here are acting like Harden is the easiest person in the world to officiate. Like the guy doesnt over exaggerate every little bit of contact. Hell, one of those threes (where he absolutely got fouled) he looked like he got shot out of a cannon. Plays like that make it hard to blow the whistle because you cant tell whether the boy is crying wolf.

Yeah it's super easy to to hit pause on a DVR and take a screen shot and be like "see, told you, foul". But you could probably do that on every single contested shot in a NBA game and find some sort of contact. You guys are acting like this is some sort of Lakers vs Kings conspiracy where the Lakers took 26 FTs in a quarter.

Regardless though, Rockets had a hell of a season and probably should have won that series. Its damn unfortunate that CP3 went down because we could have some some solid jumpmanintothebay slander for weeks.

All I know is I respect the hell out of the rockets for even taking that to 7 and being in a position where the SHOULD have won.

Yes. They woulda won 17 with or without KD. Should be looking at a 4peat right now tbh.

Green 1/7
Ariza 0/12
Harden 2/13
Gordon 2/12

Play better. Refs should be the last thing you complain about

Shot that bad and still could have won it which is why the officiating is super frustrating. Not like we got blown out by 40 and we’re complaining about 10 points that wouldn’t have mattered.
