You can't appreciate a player like Kobe unless you watched him on a nightly basis. You just can't. LeBron is the opposite. On a nightly basis he's not that impressive but on paper he's eventually gonna be in the goat conversation. People laugh at the Nash/Dwight team but that was a legacy defining season for Kobe in the same way this past year was for Steph. Kobe will always be 'better' than LeBron to me

Word. Bean made you feel something while he was playing, it was the flair and artistry like with MJ. Poetry in motion. Bron too stiff except when he gets hot with the jumper.

With the Lakers training facility being in El Segundo, I would think a lot of them still stay in the South Bay. Probably mostly in Manhattan and Hermosa. Maybe Play Del Rey as well.

She can't even hide the rage. Don't post anymore pics, Rach.

She's been hosting the show for 5 years. It was well known. ESPN marketed it heavy, especially within the ESPN app. I don't think you can just be quiet about the show cancelling. She had to say something and show she is in good spirits.

Only part of your reply I agree with.

LeBron < Kobe...unfortunately.

For sure. I just don’t think the look in her face exactly matches the words in the post. But maybe that’s just her natural smile.

Oh, I absolutely agree. Her career is in tremendous shambles right now.

I don't even think she'll ever really recover from this. She's not "young". She may very well be done with ESPN as well. I think she may end up in Turner though, doing sideline gigs. Or maybe get lucky enough to host something on NBA TV.

But I'm fairly certain her days with ESPN are over. Time to move to Atlanta and shack up with Jimmy.

I'm disappointed that the Lakers didn't retain Dudz as an assistant, but the Mavs probably offered a more prominent role and money.

There's definitely value having him around, but at the same time the average age of this roster is like early 30s. :lol

Good stuff on the real estate discussion :pimp:

That's easy the answer is too much. Move to the South and live like a king.

Folks say this constantly but I’ve always wondered if it was an overrated sentiment. Where in the South are you recommending?

I need another investment property. Seeing that money once a month for doing absolutely nothing is almost better than sex.

“Almost”??? But seriously, was your property affected by the pandemic? I know a lot of folks telling me about how their neighbors units have been unoccupied for months, in some cases a year because of folks not being able to afford rent. Then there’s buildings giving all sort of incentives to move-in as well. Curious to hear directly from an owner.
