What are the future protections and/or protections because the Knicks are definitely not getting that pick next year
Is this a consensus thing or an osh hot take? Of course he is ELITE offensively because you have to be to win B2B MVPs but do a lot of folks believe he is the best offensive player in basketball. I am curious what you and others have to say about that and the rationale.
To be clear - I am not necessarily disagreeing with you, I just never thought about this topic before and have never heard anyone say that so just trying to hear out the case.
If that is what you took away from that, you really need to improve your analytical skills or just openly admit you will find, say and do anything to discredit Steph. All he essentially said was just that Steph got his buckets in a different fashion. He averaged more than him in the regular season when they played together, Steph averaged a couple points less in the playoffs and they had similar numbers the year KD won his second FMVP. Not to mention this is after Steph was coming off two regular season MVPs, one of which was the first unanimous MVP of all-time. And he beat him in a WCF where he outplayed him the season prior to him joining GSW.
They were 1A and 1B. Batman and Batman. It is just such an unprecedented situation that it is hard for folks to grasp. I also think folks are obsessed with numbered lists and always try to subjectively crown things the best without acknowledging there could be equals. Which is usually because they have a favorite or hatred.
