Had a pair on lock for $55, and as soon as I messaged the seller he bumped the price up to $80. Lost his sale there.

Black History Month SB? Thoughts?

"The annual Black History Month collection from Nike INC was already set to be a huge group for 2013, welcoming Jordan Brand back into the fold after a year off and cramming a couple more Nike Sportswear models in the mix. As it turns out Nike SB looks to be joining that honorable group for the first time next year, with this Nike SB Dunk Low designed by Afican-American team rider Theotis Beasley. The colors used aim at the red, black, and green of the Pan-African flag, but no word yet on whether or not the rest of the collection will follow suit." - via Sneakernews

I think that the design is a little to predictable and the execution isn't as nice as I think it could be. Why not honor a black historical figure with this Nike SB? This is the first Black History SB and it's piss poor.

The prices seem to be all over the place. If the price is stupid high, try and haggle it down with the seller.

You might find a gem at a random skate shop though. ID boardshop had a decent size run of the Premiers about 2 months ago for retail, all sold out now though.

By the way, for the guys that ordered the challenge reds from deadstock, did you get your pairs yet?

Can someone please elaborate on why all of these suck? I didn't like some of the colorways but a lot were really good in my opinion.

According to SPoT's website, they're dropping on the 15th, but sometimes their dates are off on QS releases.
