I don't think they did from what I remember. They dropped at the same time that the whit OG did. I think ADC Ca only had the white OG's and they went in less than a minute. Local shops mainly did raffles.

Is it safe to say once you get stuck with the spinning circle the item won't be adding to your cart? In which case you should refresh or close and reopen a new page?

I would say open a new window/tab. But not 5 of them cause you can get IP banned. But yeah, it seems like once you get that spinning circle if it doesn't add in a few second, you're outta luck
