Hey man, thanks for taking the time to answer so comprehensively and with pics too. Good to hear the lace loops are holding up given all the hours you've spent on the court. Shame about the 'battle scars' and the wear and tear that is already showing though. Seems like durability is the main knock on this shoe. Btw did you go TTS or size up? I might still get a pair to rock and occasionally ball indoors. The XXX4's just look too clean. Really appreciate the help dude!

I wen't half a size up. I always do that now because I run too. They fit a little shorter length-wise than other shoes I have.

I hoop my lace loop tears in about 3 months, so I can get a purchase voucher from Nike to buy a new pair lol!

Word! I wish my loops would tear, so I can return them too, but they're holding up lol. I almost bought the same colorway today with 20% off but I'm trying to hold out for the blackcats.

I've been in this "game" for YEARS man. Nothing is wrong with all black sneakers. But, I personally find them ugly. Not my style. I prefer more color. But you have no idea how to accept other's opinions fool lol

Nope. The entire upper is black. Not dark grey, regular grey, or any great. All BLACK.
