Nothing much going on today.

Teams have been called about (C.) Perez. Can't see him going anywhere if all the White Sox got for Sergio Santos was a good, not great pitching prospect who some see as a future reliever.

The Pujols fallout is what I'm watching for most. The Indians would have to make a play for Sanchez if it happens.

Edit: And as I post that, Jon Morosi tweets that Derrek Lee, Ryan Ludwick, Andruw Jones and Mike Cameron are on the team's radar.

I've heard the idea more than once, but nothing real.

Pujols signing with the Angels make Mark Trumbo and Kendry Morales possibilities, but the team said they were keeping them (which I don't buy).

This is not the winter I expected at all. I still think a first baseman comes in one way or another, but I don't see anything game-changing happening.

Maybe don't sign Sizemore for a minimum of $5,500,000...

They signed Felix Pie to a minor league contract. If he made the team as even a fourth outfielder, I would be pretty shocked.

He's got a long way to go before the Majors, though. Good kid, but I'm not sure how good of a baseball player he will be.

I swear man we are like a minor league team now playing in the MLB.. Once these contracts, all the best players leave and tear it up..

Asdrubal is so damn gone once his contract ends ..how much longer do we have him?


IMO our farm system is the best in the L. I guess we just have to win it all with what we got ... and I really don't think we are that far away.
