That was before she took the pills. I think she took the pills after she found out Constance was Tate's mom and researched him.

Question: I thought that only the dead who's body still remained
on or around the property were bound to the house. How is it that
these new 2 are still bound to the house even tho their bodies were
removed? They just have to be killed there?

but what i dont get is..does Tate really like Violet? Wasnt he just tryin to keep her at the house so he can take 'his' baby and give it to that lady that lost her baby?

Yah, they just have to be killed in the house or within the property. The actress' body was disposed on the front lawn of the house iirc and her body wouldn't be in the house anymore after that but she still lingers around. 
Violet being dead was certainly a surprise to me. That was insane, the whole series just got so much better.

Hmm, makes sense. Seeing as Travis' body was dumped elsewhere,
but he was killed by a spirit inside the house, must be y he lingers.

   I'm with you there.  And I'm REALLY glad to see I'm not the only one that didn't see that coming.  Pretty epic twist.  This show has not disappointed, thus far.  I like the flow of the series.  The pacing and the way they're advancing all the different stories is great.

How is Constance's boyfriend still around, he died in the house, but Larry
removed his body. Through Moira's storyline, she seemed to want her
body dug up so her spirit would be able to leave the house, which explains why
she was upset at Ben putting up the gazebo or they guy wanting to build apartments there.
I was under the impression that once the body is removed from the house, the spirit would move on?
So how is Travis still there, and The Black Dahlia?

There are a lot of ghost in the Murder House right now. I think most of their bodies are no longer on the property. 
Tate was killed by police. I'm sure they didn't keep his body on the property.

When burn mans wife and kids died, I'd assume their bodies weren't left there either.

The gay couple's death was made to look like a murder suicide.

As far as I know, the only people whose bodies are still on the property is Moira, Ben's mistress, and Violet.. Everyone else like Constance's husband, the two twins from the pilot episode, and all the other ghosts we've seen so far can't be confirmed whether their body/remains are still there or not. I don't even think the original owners bodies are there or I highly doubt it.
