Man I had a beard since I was 15. Folks have been questioning my age for years. When I was 16, 20 year olds use to ask me to go to the liquor store to buy them spirits.
Anyone else hate looking so damn young?

It's awesome. I'm 16, when I shave I can pass for 13-14, when I grow my facial hair out I can look 18-19. Not a huge difference, but it's cool to be able to change my look at will.
I know it'll be cool when I'm older. Be 35 looking like I'm 25. People seem to really care about that, so it's cool.

Only thing that's bad about it is hearing it EVERYWHERE you go. Every time I meet someone my age or older and they find out I graduated college I get hit with the "I figured you were still in High School." And if I'm wearing my old HS gear its a given haha. One kids mom literally said "Oh poor baby you're going to get carded until your 30." Don't know why it made me so upset but I wanted to say "You wish you looked younger you old hag" but just smiled and kept it moving..not worth stressing over.

Wow OP, you basically described my exact situation to a T. I got a corona at the casino last year (21 at the time), and it turned into a mini scene. The bartender looked at my ID for a good 20 seconds and then began passing it around to the other workers, saying "look at this, do you believe it?" and pointing in my direction. At the same time some guy next to me asks "who made that ID?". Laughs all around. They weren't making fun of me or anything, but I did and still sometimes feel out of place.
Happens so much, I just take in stride now, but going to liquor stores, bars, etc. still gets annoying.
