Had 4 days left on my air pod pro 2’s AppleCare & been noticing the transparent mode sounding muffled. Also, a few times one of the pods wasn’t charging at same rate. Ended up getting 2 new pods, case was fine, after they ran test. After using I can definitely notice how they sound like they should. HAD to cash in that AC before it ran out LOL.

I have to wear suits to work so the only way I can carry the phone is if I put it in my jacket pocket. Most of my phone drop issues where because it slipped out of the pocket
