I live in Toronto as well and they do have some size 12's. Do you know which CW's you're looking for? I don't mind helping you keep an eye out if you have an idea of what you want. Solestop has a bunch of stuff in size 12 and they have an 11.5 in the hazards if you want GLV's

I've bought from urban industry many times and I usually pay through paypal. Shipping to the US is fast but somewhat high, although the cost is offset by decent and frequent sales.
