It just comes off as lame for dude who prides himself on helping people out here on NT suddenly talking down on em as if they're peasants. Fact of the matter is this. If dude has millions and is on his grown man steeze like he says he is, I see no reason for him to be acting this hurt over a bunch of dudes talking smack. In life, if you know something isn't true, you pay it no mind and let it die on its own. Dude could've came back on NT, seen dudes talking smack, and laughed at it while he books a charter jet out to Paris. But instead he gets to being patronizing, and insulting folks because we don't share the same tax bracket. What part of the game is that? Whether he's rollin' in the money or working at a car dealership, those actions just lends validity to the claim that dude is a perp.

That 5MM is called a fund subscription you register it in accordance with regulation D when you raise capital. You then transfer it to your fund and trade it.

Like I said you're intelligent. You may know the ins and outs of that form but it proves nothing. In a five minute read i figured plenty out about it. 5MM is the threshold for having to file. Coincidence? I think not. If I cared enough I'd ask CPAs at work or my friends in investments. Better yet, if I really cared I'd take the half hour drive to Bethesda to see you.
