I guess everybody commenting here against Obama has ignored what has been said at least 2 times in this thread. The F-22s were cut because the F-35 is amore effective weapon and costs less...and oh by the way the Pentatgon agreed with the cut. I would guess you also didn't research the topic enough toknow that the plane costs $44,000 per hour to operate and has NEVER been used in Iraq or afghanistan
How exactly does this weaken national security if we are making a larger investment in a better weapon instead of building a more expensive less effectiveone.

you can look at it two ways ... the mccain way, getting rid of the jets and amping up another area of defense ... or the barack way, getting rid of the jetsand not doing anything else for defense ... youw anna get rid of f-22s thats fine, but what else are you doing to make up for it and use those funds wisely fordefense? o wait youre using those funds for things like nationalized healthcare ...

Barack can try to solve all the problems he wants, but people in this country are finally starting to take a stand and will not accept any more tax increasesor any more national debt. Look at California. That was a tax revolt of sorts and they were finally forced to cut their bloated spending. I know the pain isexcessive there now, but if things start to improve they may finally be able to prioritize things and get a balanced budget.

because everything in the defense budget is necessary for making. Our Defense Budget is the biggest sham in the world, we don't need nearly as many of theprojects we have..By the way he did say he will cut some Defense Budget Programs in the campaign. I for 1 knew of this and am happy about it. Because for 1. hedidn't break his promise and he has been doing well with promises for a politician. 2. He is not cutting funding for troops. 3. You know damn well if Obamacut another project you wouldn't make this thread..

Also, Raises hand because he voted for Obama and is happy with his job so far... You Conservatives didn't tell anyone anything with the slightest bit oftruth. Those who are regretting Obama, are those with no grasp of politics..
By the way he still holds a 56% average approval... Since 1/28 to now he has lost a 7 point average.. That is 100% normal..
