Are we only limited to being in parties of 4 since there can only be 4 members in a squad? Or can we have a party of 12 with 3 squads??

I was able to get a couple of rounds playing the beta on PS3. So far, I am trying to get used to playing FPS using a ps3 controller. Overall, the beta is fun and I may just have to stick with purchasing this game on the ps3.
