Black Culture Discussion Thread

I wonder what else are they right about.

How about just don't be and avoid racists/prejudice people?

You're wild if you let stuff like that have any bearing on your personal, lifelong relationship you already signed up for. Anyways I remember Taye saying that actually she and her mother would say racist ****, that's what ended it.

what 90's shows were ya'll watching? here's the ones I watched

the parent hood, dl hughely show, fresh prince of bel air, jaime Foxx show
hanging with mister Cooper, sister sister, smart guy, Moesha, the parkers
in the house, in living color, bill Cosby show, a different world, living single
family matters, cousin skeeter, the wayans bros, the famous jet Jackson
Martin, Steve Harvey show

Some thoughts that have been swirling in my head.

What is the black american community for?
Arguably it could even be said 60-80 years ago we weren't for anything rather we were unified against a common enemy.
Do we have an 'ethos'? A collective vision for our future?
Is race (shared physical features) alone enough of a unifier?
Is there even a black community today?

I dont have a problem with it, but she over thinking it. She's thinking "Baddie" means specifically "Bad *****", but you can be "bad" without the "*****". That's why it was shortened to "Baddie".

It's in direct reference to the actual show though.
