Black Men- Its 2009, why do lightskinned girls get so much preference?

Real talk, when I see a dark skin girl with a nice body/caramel girl with nice body + skin. Then I see a light skinned chick with the same body type and someOK looking skin. I'm definetly beastin on the dark chicks. Most of my dudes however prefer to beast on the light skinned chick which confuses the helloutta me, like broads number 1+2 are perfect 9's + 10's and u goin wit the extra regular lookin light chick :smh.

i hate this stuff. if you like light skin girls more power to ya, if you like dark skin girls more power to ya. but to say one is better looking based on thecolor of the skin is silly. if you take am ugly dark skin girl and make her light she is still an ugly girl no matter the color of her skin. everyone hassomething they like no problem with that but to bash a group as a whole is hurtful. i hate that "oh youre pretty for a darkskin girl" grinds mygears.
