Bred 1 2013 dye coming off (HELP PLEASE)

I just recently tried to clean the shoes up a bit with Angelus easy cleaner and as I wiped it off with a towel, I saw some red dye on the towel. Is that supposed to happen? I just wiped around all the shoe and there a red circle stains over the towel I wiped with. These shoes have already been legit checked a couple times already. 

Does anyone have a pair to try this out?

I have a pair of 2013 Bred 1s and I usually just wipe em lightly with a damp cloth... Never really bothered with cleaner and all... But pretty sure it isn't supposed to rub off.

Thanks for the reply! The dye is able to come off on my pair when I use a damp paper towel with water on it. I apply somewhat of a pressure to it in some places of the shoe, others can take just one gentle rub to come off. Are you able to test it on your pair and give me the results. I'd really appreciate it.
