I agree with hairline being genetic & lining it up shouldn’t affect it but what’s your guy’s opinion on braids affecting the hairline?

Pretty much. Can’t speak on dreads, but with braids, it could simply be the person that is doing them. If you have somebody braiding super hard to the point where it feels like your hairline is on fire, your hairline will be curtains in no time

I think should probably append that statement "briads and dreads push your hair back if you have them pulled back in a bun." Because it is basically pulling your hair back pulling on the hair follicles. In the pic above hair is just hanging natural. Dude went from a rasta in Screwface crew to a goon in Wu tang ready to do some work. Good job on the updated look.
