I don't believe that there is a definitive answer as to whether or not homosexuality is biological trait or not, so neither of you are right.

The problem I have with that is that your beliefs impede upon the rights of fellow citizens in this country. What you are essentially saying whenyou vote for the banning of gay marriage is that homosexuals are not equal to you and, in fact, below you.
