I may have found someone who will take the shoes apart and stich the inscription (just initials). He won't be back in town until Friday. A little uneasy about them taking apart my shoe, but he was recommended, so I may check him out. Still taking suggestions though.

Don't know any graff artists unfortunately.

hmm maybe those guys who do car body panel spraying ? give them a few bucks for a good airbrush might work
