Mavs looked great tonight.
Minimal minutes for JJ?
Roddy getting minutes?
Though he was reckless as all hell.
Still pretty
that our back-up big is Eddie Najera. He didn't play bad, but the fact that it's NAJERA, I'm iffy on.
We got some GREAT stuff from JET and surprisingly... Stevenson! Stevenson played great defense, played hard, didn't shoot like trash, and just played good basketball. JET was aggressive but not reckless, playing a little better defense, and shooting better, we needed to see something from him.
Dirk and Marion did their thing, no complaints there.
Caron was a little iffy tonight, but played good on the other end.
Kidd had his typical "I'm good since the ASG," type performance, very welcoming.
But the stud of the game? Mr. 13/20.
Great stuff from Haywood, got to the line, made life for our perimeter guys MUCH easier, grabbed a ton of boards, was a presence in the paint, what we need when we rely so heavily on perimeter shooting.
Good test Wednesday.

Having another big would have helped dramatically tonight, BUT we did pull it off.
Good win, hopefully we can keep this streak going. Going to be another good match-up Friday against the Hawks on the road.

Yeah, after New Orleans, our hardest game in the next eight is Charlotte.
It'll be hard to not see us climbing to #2 again.
