Kobe in the extended interview with Mike Wilbon didn't divulge what he was going to do after he retires. He's keeping it secret.

What do y'all think? With all these Kobe pictures looking like a sideline coach, I think he'd be great. I don't doubt he'd want to coach at all.

Def don't think he wants to pull a Jordan, disappear from the spot light and be behind the scenes.

I forget where the interview was, but I saw it on tv awhile ago. He said he might want to announce games someday and he said coaching probably isn't an option, he said its too stressful :lol

The more I think about that Asian lady that Kobe had a round for his giant wrist, she will do her Asian medicine stuff on his ankle too so he'll be fine

no dice. Sacramento and the RCK is where I'm from. I ain't changing that. Plus the SN was never meant to be associated with the Kings :lol

Wait, what does the rck stand for?

BACKSTORY ON THE RCK2SACTOWN SN (listen up yall, this is important)

Soooo back when I would lurk on here in like 04-05 I was like 13/14 years old. Part of the reason why it took me nearly a year or two to make a SN was because I couldn't think of a name. Well eventually I thought back to my favorite pair of shoes middle school in like 2002-2003, my AAU team's team shoe were the East2West (in hindsight thats pretty funny

)

I lived in the suburbs of Sac, a place called Rocklin (hence the rck, and shoutout to the other fellow Rocklin-ite who sometimes posts in TAN).

So at the young age of 14 or 15 (I think I was 15), rck2sactown was birthed

Since, its inception I've heard: rack sac, rock, rick, rck, and everything in between. Well yall were wrong and now ya know

I was going to guess Rocklin

A full fledged bio tho :{ :lol

NBA should let Kobe shoot the free throws bring everyone back to the arena so the game can finish

:lol jk it ain't a rec league

Haven't the NBA replayed the last minute and a half of a hawks game before?

I liked Dante Jones interview on First take. He was honest about the dirty plays in the past but he said he wasn't trying to hurt him on this play. I still think it was a dirty play but I liked his honesty.
at that time he also said he wasnt trying to hurt him

I wish MWP would have James Harden'd him after that.

You're a moron iamjusayn....

Oh I forgot that there are certain posters in certain forums who can get away with calling other posters names while other not so special posters get banned, smh!

Anyway imma say this one time n one time only. Bryant is not stupid. He was too tired to take and make a deep contested three so he went for the baseline instead but he tried to cause contact by using his leg and get either a three point play or two free throws just in case he missed and his plan backfired on him because he got hurt. It could have been the same outcome had jones closed out n boxed bryant out right after the shot. Stop all the whining.

I'm just saying that no one cares about your opinion because it is 100% wrong. Dealing in hypotheticals like "it could have been the same situation..." is asinine.

The FACT is that he got fouled and there was no call. I don't think anyone really believes that Jones was trying to end Kobe's career. However, he did foul him and the result of that foul was the injury.
