How sway. I get 294 drops from EVERYTHING . Only luminous engrams drop At 300 for me

I think once I had multiple pieces (of the same type) of high powered gear, that's when my blues started dropping high. Infuse all your unequipped armor as high as possible, but don't waste mats doing it incrementally. If you get doubles of exotics, use them to infuse, because it doesn't cost shards, only 500 glimmer.

I get lower blue drops like yours on my hunter that can get to 304, but I only have one pair of 302 gauntlets and the rest are in the mid 290's. On my other characters I have multiple 305 and 299+ per armor part. Most of my weapons are 305.

Ah I see. All my gear is modded, that’s prob why it says I can infuse some gear even tho it’s a high level already.

All I’m missing is kinetic weapons.
I get secondary and heavy weapons dropping at 305.
Def not gear tho it’s weird

Alright so it IS normal to get engrams ranging from 295-300 (without mods) once you hit power level 305? I was under the assumption that all of my engrams would eventually become 300 every single time.

Only my exotic engrams consistently drop at 300 (technically 305 since they come with a mod already).

After a month of OD'ing on this game, I hate to say it but this franchise is pretty much ruined. Not even sure what Activison's role in this was but it just doesn't have that D1 feel to it.

I really didn't want to accept it but it looks as if catering to casuals in order to generate more revenue was their plan or should I say, their endgame all along... I should've known this was the case when you can get TRIALS & RAID weapons just for being in a clan. In Destiny 1 that would have never been the case, we grinded for our **** and when we finally got it, the sense of accomplishment was REAL. I know alot of us are hopeful that things get fixed and it gets better when new DLC's hit, but it won't. I say this because there's nothing wrong with the actual content, it's the way the game is structured. With business in general, once you take a different direction or approach it is very rare that you see a company revert back to what used to work. This is the new Destiny, but this is not my Destiny.

Both my Titan and Warlock are 305, and my Hunter is at 304 just waiting for the max cloak. Once RNG gives me that I'm pretty much calling it quits. I probably won't be getting the DLC either just for the simple fact that there really is no point to "level up" when endgame is pretty much obsolete.

They removed that D1 feeling of getting the Gjhally to finally drop, or random rolls in order to keep the game "balanced" and in the process the game itself lost it's "soul".

I love this game that's why the feels right now are so real. LOL.

Nonetheless, shoutout to all the NTers that I actually teamed up with and destroyed ****. Ya'll really made this experience a dope one. I appreciate you all for it. I'll still be in this thread and reddit to keep up on news and updates for sure tho.

Oh BTW, Prestige Raid dropped today but from the looks of it especially in this thread, no one really cares. LOL.

Based on you 430AM 430AM , I discovered this on Destiny Reddit and it seems the community has put a list together to remind Bungie what made D1 good and why D2 isn't living up

I have the same sentiment, but for different reasons. I like the armor mod system and random rolls were never balanced to me, because someone could get carried one time and get a god roll drop and someone else could put in hundreds or thousands of hours and never get anything. There was no sense of accomplishment or rewarding there for me. It was random. Running endgame without drops for months got old quick. Forever 29. But there's definitely too many handholds in D2. You can hit max power running public events...

They killed MP. 2 playlists with random rotations? Really though? 4v4's? The scout rifle team shot meta is cheeks. I'm having no fun camping lanes and peaking to team shot. I was in a game where both teams literally stayed on opposite ends of the map to play peek-a-boo. Winning team didn't get anywhere near the 100 kill goal. I thought this was a shooter, not a sitter. Got damb. I want to run around the map and melt people with my TLW.

Yo I agree 100 % I hate using the mita or scouts for that matter but to even compete you have too.

MIDA is so broken. I was running it at the tail end of IB and MIDA bullets curve something fierce. The aim assist minus whale be the exotic perk. I hit a headshot with the reticule nowhere near the opponents head. It was like a foot to the right. I felt so dirty.

No wonder it's used by 1/3rd of the community. It kills for you. No respect for people who main that gun. :lol

It's not even fun using it because it's so juiced :lol. I've been running a blue auto rifle because I can't stand the Multi Tool any more. So satisfying when I kill someone that's using it.

They killed the incentive to do the endgame.........literally. It appears Bungie's goal for D2 endgame was to just make the raid, Trials, and Iron Banner to just be something players can experience once..........and feel accomplished that they did it once (which is where the whole "appealing to casuals" thing comes into play).

Like Bungie forgot the appeal of Destiny was the actual incentive to "replay" the endgame activities for a big giant goal......which is to flex that giant number they're assigning us aka Light Level/Power Level.

Look, a lot of us in here did like that Bungie was willing to lessen the grind for us.......no one wants us to return to the days of ******* "Forever 29/Forever 290." But god damn, Bungie decided to throw out the entire strategy guide for casual players from the get-go on Destiny 2.......now ITS BORING.

Yeah, I pretty much have stopped playing the game already.....and I've been using my PS4 strictly to stream stuff on my HDTV now.

I've committed more of my gaming time towards my SNES Classic again, and I have slowly picked up the Nintendo Switch again. D2 is done for me UNTIL Bungie gives me a reason to GIVE A DAMN AGAIN

Bro, there's so much random stuff that could be added that could improve the experience, someone on reddit also suggested something as simple as rally flags at each raid encounter that will fill up supers and all ammo just like the one for public events, that's not even gamebreaking cause it's not like we wouldn't do that anyway... Does bungie really like the fact that we have to wipe to do this?

My own personal suggestion would be multiple mod slots for weapons with mods that everyone has access to through the gunsmith, it would give players a more custom feel to static rolled guns and it's not even gamebreaking aswell cause everyone would have access to the same mods.

430AM 430AM , the big issue with the "fixed rolls" on the guns in my honest opinion............they reduced the amount of perks in them.

If you remember some of the "god rolled guns" that you owned in D1, there was the various different aiming scopes then 3 columns of 2 or 3 different perks that you can interchange from. In D2, they shrunk that down a bit......they cut down the 3 columns of perks to 2 columns, and one of the columns of perks only has 2-3 different interchangable perks.

Its like Bungie wants the guns to be as boring as Call of Duty guns.........which in some sense, I'll blame Activision on this one

I mean we did HM yesterday but in all honesty I don’t know how many times I’ll do it again after clearing it once. Do it to help some people get their shotty or for one of our other people to get the emblem. But the rewards are ****. I mean the armor does have a glowing effect but it’s not pretty enough to warrant having to do 2x the work.

They do need to fix things in the first DLC badly. They can’t even wait until the next version of TTK is ready to ship because by then you will lose a majority of your hard core base that allowed you to keep your player stats throughout all 3 years. I don’t understand how they didn’t get this. They didn’t have a levelheaded person in there to make that point I guess.

Damn the stuff from the hard mode raid just glows in the dark :{

The normal raid wasn't bad I just never got to do the dogs or the Calus the last part with the boss.
