Yeah, Bungie mad stingy with the tokens, I basically gotta play 5-6 games to get a package.

Solo queuing into 4 man teams is annoying.

I finished my Call to Arms and was done with it. Crucible is just not fun in its current state. The armor to me isn't worth the headache.

This IB grind is stupid AF. Grinding tokens for random drops. Losses are 2 tokens, wins are 5. 10 losses compared to 4 wins. Plus they match solo queuers against full fireteams of tryhards on a regular basis. Got three of 5 pieces on my warlock, but want the full set before I hop on the superior titan. The Japanese warrior gear is wavy.

Also, why am I matching players from Japan and Brazil? Is there SBMM?

The IB packages don't even drop at max light levels LIKE the original IB rewards were...............yeah, IB this grind is pointless (I STILL CAN'T GET THE DAMN IB HUNTER HELMET).

And of course there is SBMM, because Bungie wants to make D2 Crucible "competitive" now (which is another way of saying BORING AF).

15 more days until Mario Odyssey..........15 more ******* days
 
The token system is trash. You gotta get thrashed by pub stompers for 20 matches for 2 drops. TWO. And they both roll as the same submachine gun that I already got twice before. **** these armor sets.

Don't think I'm getting the DLC. I refrained from buying the season pass this time just in case.

EDIT: Also, I'm getting non-IB gear in my IB packages. :lol :rollin

Well, we can attempt to roll as a team one of these days and try to go on a pretty decent winning streak as a "fully functioning communicating team."

Problem is that this Iron Banner event is occurring around the same time I have to fill in for a co-worker's night shift for 10 nights straight........which is basically the entire Iron Banner period plus more.

Which means at the little playing time I have for these remaining 5-6 straight days, I'm stuck solo queueing while everyone is at their day jobs/day life.

The dilemmas of #AdultingLife that has prevented me from finishing the raid at least once.

I was at 299.5.

Turned in my clan nightfall engram, and got a bond, my 4th one from this week's reset. Turned in my nightfall engram for my third Sweet Business which took me to 299.9.

Xur finally came with my knuckle head radar. Smh it’s sad that I’m a TMT member and I had to wait for xur to bring it to me instead of @biggie62 just giving me his blessing and letting me get it from an engram.
 
The problem right now with the end game content, is that there's no purpose in reaching 305. You don't need to be 305 to run the raid, trials, IB or the nightfall; hitting 305 doesn't let you have access to any special weapons or gear and there isn't any content for which you need to be at 305 and get to flex for. It's essentially just a number to chase.

sc_slayerage laid it all out pretty well in his Reddit post, but I believe DeeJ or someone from the Bungie community essentially said part of the end game content is the friendships and relationships you develop while playing. I think this is where we're at right now; you're not really playing for the loot or to reach max power level to flex, but you're playing to experience the game and it's content with your homies.

Right now, I run the game on Tuesday and knock out Call to Arms, Flashpoint and the Clan milestones and hop off until Trials. There's nothing else really there that I want to run through again that will benefit my character or that has any substance.

I think D2 has the potential and foundation to be a long lasting game that we all put in 1000s of hours into, but right now, I think players are wanting more out of the end game content. I don't think it's wrong to point out the flaws, especially when Bungie acknowledges that they hear what people are saying and are willing to make changes, hopefully for the better.

I got everything but the sub in 19 packs. Needed the helmet and mark and Saladin dropped of the heater packs back to back.
I'm done with IB for now, it was actually hella fun. LOL.

TBH most of my games were solo. If you form a fireteam of medicore cats you will end up getting washed cause youre more likely to get matched up against full fireteams. I noticed after a couple matches that I was winning more with randoms. LOL.

If you got a FT full of shooters tho you will mob through this event with ease. When the people I normally run crucible with were on and we had a full team we would win 80% of our games easily.
 
Finished the nightfall and all I got was a 305 winters guile and 305 rocket launcher :{ . I'm stuck at 299.9

What weapons should I look out for from the packages? I opened in total 10 packages and all I've gotten is 2 helmets, 1 chest piece, 2 IB smg, 1 hand cannon, and the pulse rifle, which is :smokin . I need the whole IB gear set because it looks dope as hell.

Win or loss, it is still a lot more exciting rolling into a Crucible match, especially an IB match, with 2-3 people in your ear via headset than it is going in solo and grinding 'til you are bored to death (which is fairly quickly with how sweaty D2 Crucible is).

If I wasn't working night shift for the entire Iron Banner event, I would've recruit some of yall NT clan folk and formed a 4-man fireteam for one night just for "****s & giggles."
 
FINALLY got to 305 yesterday. Took a couple weeks off but was able to get in the swing of things quick.

And **** this level advantages disabled **** for Iron Banner. It was my favorite event on D1 and they ruined it :|
