You will be 1 shot at 28 I think. I mean you might have a chance with a full Arc weapon loadout with your other members with the same and being at least 29. . But at 28 I doubt that you do.
I mean don't get me wrong you might be able to pull it off, but it'll be a long and painful process.
Zero, Wright, and myself did both strikes at about 20
Minutes a piece but we all have fatebringers and timepieces along with snipers and rocket launchers(2gg horns and my arc UG). And we are level 30

I think you definitely need to have at least 300/300/300 though. In the DLC, 300/300/300 is considered whack *** weapons.
But you're gonna spend your coin to upgrade, then its armor first.

Here is why armor is more important, if you are level 30
Attacking a level 30 or lower you do 100% of your potential damage
Attacking a level 31 you do 68% of the potential damage if you were a level 31
Attacking a level 32 you do 58% of the potential damage if you were level 32
So if you do 1000 damage to a level 30 you would do 680 to a level 31 and 580 to a level 32. These are fictions numbers but you get the point.
