Dexter Season 8 - Premeres June 30th - 2min sneak peak

I'd like Zach if he killed Deb instead.

At this point it'd be wild out of left field if Matthews started playing a role. Literally no seeds have been plated for that. At this point they'd have to execute as a shocking reveal.

I like the idea of Deb being dead already, for instance would explain the man saving Deb in the water, but then her coming back for Dex. That could easily be the man saved Dex, but he "saw" it another way.

Only problem is, Mazuka came to see Deb. Her boss. The guy her boss punched out. Quinn. Etc.

And to be honest, if they pulled that, they would get KILLED for it. We took the leap for Harry, it would be too much for Deb.

Not to mention, I saw it with Doomsday in season 6. :pimp:

If Deb was dead The WHOLE time then explain all the times in the every season she smashed every dude she met....

But I see where you're getting at. I'd be mad if that happened. 1) you called it. 2) Really doesn't make all that great of sense.

Harry is Dexter's good conscience, "rulesmaker" that he feels he needs. He's only there because Dexter places value on that. Zach doesn't like the code because it preaches patience, and now is not on good terms with Dexter because of the neighbor. He wouldn't want Dexter back after his death unlike how Dexter wants Harry's guidance, so I really wouldn't enjoy that an ending.

CP your post got me thinking. What if...

We know Harry talks to him when he's dead, Rudy did, another person you would call Dexter's family. What if Deb has been dead this whole time (in Sixth Sense fashion) and we find out that out in the last episode. She is dead, and like he has with Harry, Dexter now has been talking to Deb as well all 8 seasons of the show, and we all just thought she was alive, a figment of his imagination just like Harry. He is a psychopath, says Vogel, right? Deb WAS Dexter's actual first kill. The reason Harry felt like he couldn't "live with what Dexter did" is because he witnessed Dexter killing Deb in the kill room. So he killed himself.

Remember, neither Dexter OR Deb have seen ALL of Vogel's tapes with Harry in therapy. The tapes we haven't seen yet are him talking about it being Deb, and such. How it's such a burden.

What an ending that would be....

:pimp:

While that is :pimp:, I'll never watch tv again if that ever happens. Probably throw my tv away at that

man so confused after that last episode I don't want to spoil it for people on the west coast that haven't seen it yet. I'll comeback later

Some sloppy scenes with all these characters meeting and conversing. The dinner was interesting.

THAT WAS A GOOD EPISODE.

I'm not gonna latch back on cuz I thought it was too late to get good again but this was a change for the better.

It was really the little things, seeing Dex share his little murder mystery with 3 other ppl (could've added Deb too and it wouldn't have skipped a beat). Him schooling Zack and questioning him throughout with Hannah. Him telling Hannah some more stuff with what's going on in his life, the jab at all the nicknames for killers, etc. Then Deb understanding Hannah a bit more and giving up on getting her.

As for the mystery at the end, I always figured when it was still going on it'd make perfect sense if the guy that forced the other guy to do some of those other killings wasn't that shoe collector dude, guy is obviously smart enough to stay back in the shadows. I always hoping the main villain for this season was a real mastermind able to outsmart or match wits with Dex. Vogel's hesitation when Hannah asked her why she got in to this was a clue enough. The dude doing this might be her son or husband or brother, hell could be a female.

Only thing I didn't like is at the very end, Dex asking her to stay the morning after finding Zack's body. Right there you know this guy is watching you. He was obviously setting Zack up and killed Dex's neighbor. Doesn't make sense to ask the woman you love to stay at that point while you keep her in danger. I was completely fine with not seeing Hannah again until maybe Dex dies and we find out she's pregnant.

That sex scene though  Felt I watching some showtime softcore porn  :smokin

Holy ****. :wow:

I was dead wrong about the Harry legacy. Zach ain't eem make it an hour.

LOVED the dinner scene. ***** at dinner with 3 murderers and she might be the most corrupt.

I thought for sure they were sayin Vogel did Zach, but the ending makes it look like someone else out there.
Quinn, doin dumb ****. :smh:

Someone killed neighbor to frame Zach.....then killed Zach, dropped off in Dexter's spot........if it ain't Vogel, then who is doin this? Deb's boss? Quinn? They can't just drop a mastermind on us with 3 episodes left. Has to be in our face the whole time........

Has to be Vogel.

Or Mathews.......

:nerd:

Vogel?
Quinn?
Matthews?

Maybe Cassie's boyfriend?

That dinner scene was the closest thing that dexter has had to being normal. Mother figure, son and gf with dexter all at the table.

Matsuka's daughter? lol

Son of a..........Cassie's boyfriend. That's it.

He's the one.

Even said Zach looked familiar, but not sure why. Was at scene crying, Mazuka even joked it was him. We've seen him for half the season and he's been silent.

Him or Mazuka's daughter.

i thought that alluded to vogel being the brain surgeon, she usually calls dexter when the brains get delivered to her. after all that is how one of her patients got one of those scars right
