If you're completely sane, what's wrong with a little curiosity? I wouldn't think they'd really throw down the gavel just for looking around a bit. Right? Unless something is purchased, swapped, discussed, or acted upon, what can really be done to you? From a legal standpoint. I don't even wanna know the damage that can be done by the criminal geniuses out there.

That said, if you know what you're doing then deep/invisible/dark web is something to explore rather than fear.As you know(or should know) You're never 100% untraceable and you can get caught.
