Raw denim is going out imo. Soft washes are popping right now and more versatile. Raw denim wasn't meant for office workers . The stiffness kills the silhouette and it takes forever to show any patina.

thanks, will check it out. I like how (new) raw denim can be worn with a shirt and blazer for a more formal look than faded/washed denim. the initial lack of comfort isn't too much of a problem for me, and I can only wear jeans on friday so i just wear my faded pairs.

So why not just get an indigo pair that's not raw? It's going to be softer off the bat.

If you plan to wear jeans with a blazer, look at Levi's Craft and Made in "Tack".

The rise is good for tucking in.
