I don't agree that Fez is goin away. I'm sorry, I don't think that's what they're tryna do with him.
For one, he literally didn't kill anyone. Not mouse, not snitch, not the cop. Faye will back him on that.
As for who helped Tray move Mouse's body, they could say it was snitch that helped him. Faye could go with that too. (At this point, she looks like she will back Fez like Rue would)
He can EASILY claim he was gonna take the heat to protect a kid. That's why he had the knife in his hand. He didn't make a single move towards those cops, and he was screaming for Tray to stop the entire time. Begging the kid.
Unless those guns have his name on them, he could say they were Mouses or snitch, or even Tray's cuz he stole them, etc.
They won't have enough hard evidence to do anything to Fez. And maybe whatever they do have, they'll trade for info on the main lady pushin bags.

It's wild seeing how much older he looked in season 2 from season 1. Didn't know homie was 16 irl. He definitely would have been taller than Fez if he was around for a Season 3

That is not how the law works.
You're with your friend. Your friend kills someone and you help him move the body you too are now apart of the murder. Its so many instances of 1 person out of a group committing a crime and all people in the group getting charged.
Only way to avoid jail time you're going to have to flip, claim you acted in fear of your own life and probably have to testify.
None of this applies in this case cause the guilty party is now dead and that's just for Mouse.
They got him with the murder weapon in his hand for the snitch, and a dead cop. If you think the DA or cops are going to let a cop die and NO one get charged for it idk what to tell you.

Conspiracy is an easy charge, drug trafficking would also be an easy charge and that naturally comes with a bunch of financial crimes.

I think Fez finds a way out of trouble since all the loose ends are dead. Cops/DA aren't goin to go all out to find out who killed a drug dealer, when they literally already killed the kid who did it.

But if fez got a good enough lawyer, he’d do some time but not a ton.. the major stuff they’d have to pin on him directly.. and they gotta be willing to go after him to that extent, so depends on who he has representing him

I really think they might just show mans life ruined in jail, to be honest. Locked up, never coming out.
