I think most of you will probably say Father before a Husband. But really think about it, I think it's a harder choice than you would think.
I remember I was talking to my neighbor the other day (who's married and has an 7 year old son). Now, I really don't remember how we got into that topic, but I remember him telling me that he loves his family more than anything. But if he would have to choose between his son or his wife (ofcourse he said neither) but then he said he would choose his wife.
He said his wife is his life time partner, she'll always be by his side to the day he dies! And that she was the only one worthy of creating another life with. On the other hand, he loves his son and will do anything he can to make his a life better than his. But that when he turns 18, he most likely move out and start his own life with his own family. And that in a blink of an eye, he'll be grown up. Being able to see his son would soon become a Holiday thing, or when he chooses to see his Parents.
He'll wake up to his wife everyday, still learning and living together. Going through thick and thin, being loved in ways nobody else can love him, that is including his kids.
