Idk why but I probably only salsa Verde once. I usually associate it with a milder taste.

Tastes amazing when made from the fresh ingredients yourself. Wife does it for enchiladas instead of red sauce. So good.

“Beef Wellington” pot pie. Has the idea while in the grocery store. Used cubed steak and a ham resembling prosciutto. Came out too soup, tastes ok. Next time I’m slow cooking the beef and using prosciutto (may crisp it up a little before adding it in).
