I love me some potatoes au gratin.
It brings me great shame to say I’ve been outvoted. Everyone is opting for garlic mashed potatoes over au gratin. I wholeheartedly disagree with their preference, but I’m not about to shoot hands on Christmas.

Nevertheless, prime rib is oven ready:

Here’s my Christmas cooking contribution - little Danish dough pillows called Ableskeivers. Pan fried dough balls seasoned with a little Kardemon. People usually eat them with jelly or syrup. I prefer syrup...(seriously :lol:)...My first time making them from my MIL’s recipe. 1st batch came out pretty wonky looking, but my son didn’t mind and at them anyway. LOL.
 
Banana Pudding looks good

Corned Beef Brisket, interesting. Never heard that done before . Was it good? You gonna make some Smoked Reubens?
