I don't know what options are like around your way, but I have 2 spots where I can get great dry-aged cuts and 2 waygu plugs.Come to think of it steak really is on the extremes. I’d never get a ribeye at chili’s or any chain like that, I can cook a better one myself. A good steakhouse that uses top quality meat and dry aging and has their own touches will own my 9 oz supermarket ribeye any day lol.
I'll buy a grass-fed ribeye from Whole Foods in a pinch, but I have 2-3 great butchers within a 20 minute drive that have the goods.
