Made a few deep fried ice cream balls lol. Super simple but time consuming. Will definitely be making some more with different ingredients.

There was this Thai place in Atlanta that made this with perfection - it was huge, too. Hit it with the cranberry wine drizzle on it. Place caught on fire and they sold the name and not the recipes. Smart.

Different corn and seasoning:

Sweet tamale - self explanatory
Creole tamale - reddish color - tomato flavor
Regular tamale - green color - taste like cornish

Ran up on street food while wandering.
