These are interesting videos but whats the thing with the miniature cooking? Ive seen a few before, intriguing but i dont really get it. Is there a backstory or something as to why its so popular?
It's like those vids fixing things with instant noodles, wtf but you watch it.



Anybody made horchata before?

 
I'm still trying to master cooking steak right with that cast iron skillet. I pretty much know what stovetop temperature to set it at now. I just have to figure out adjusting how to cook each piece right according to its size. That cast iron press comes in handy too for thorough cooking.

Or if you want unsalted, no salt.

I mess with Trader Joe's ($2) . I used to do Whole Foods 365 but they went up on the price years ago.
