I don't eat cheese. Never really have. Other than Mozzarella. Sucker for mozzarella sticks man.

Just fired up the grill. Drumsticks, turkey burgers, Sweet Potatoes, and a piece of salmon. Lazy as hell now man.

@MPLSdunk   - I never cooked ribs on a grill. Pork Spare Ribs. What is the protocol? Cook them on the indirect heated side and just let them smoke and then finish on the fire side? What do you suggest
