FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

I still don't understand the logistics of food differences between who gets what in what country.

Like why wouldn't American Costco have chicken wings?

Not sure how that works. We also had a turkey sandwich with pesto that was nice but covid killed that. I went to a costco foodcourt while in NY a few years back they had a whole bunch of options I had never seen. That acai bowl is a myth around here.

You're probably doing it wrong. How did your make it. What marinade/rub etc did you use?
Rub/marinade is irrelevant. I'm talking about texture.

They were OKAY. Not better than actual frying. Honestly not even crispier than proper cooking in a normal oven on a wire rack.

Just strikes me as a gadget used by people who don't cook that much.

I still remember

I've been saying this since the Air Fryer craze started.

Agree with you 110%.

Also here's what really kills me: it was a Ninja Foodi that took up a ton of countertop space to cook a whole 15 wings at the time, and I'm not talking whole wings. Flates and drumettes.

There are better ways to go about that.
