Yeah a lot of those places that use those fancy taco stands, I associate with trying to turn the simple into more than it needs to be, something you'd find at a bougie brunch spot where they'd also have a maple glazed fried chicken over lavender infused waffles plate

No need to dress these plates up.

Finally caught up to this thread after stumbling into it 2 months ago. Straight food porn that I can't participate it. I think i could eat 2% of what's posted in here due to food allergies.

Can't have tomatoes, anything with citrus, fruits. That pretty much means I can;t have mexican food, italian food, or BBQ. Anything that has taste because of a marinade is pretty much out of the question.

I live vicariously through you guys.

Whenever I see In-N-Out posted, I know what its like. Just no tomatoes or spread when I eat my 3x3.
