Ray's Drive Inn

Apparently San Antonio is known for their puffy tacos. Ray's is the original spot. I was a little sceptical at first with the cold cheese & lettuce. Also thought the shell would be like a Chalupa. The shell was different. Really super crispy and airy. I was surprised. These were some killers.

are the pineapple doesn’t belong on pizza cats mad at this too?
or is it just pineapple

what do prices look like?

Have yall New York dudes been here?

Interesting West Indian toppings. That Chili Oxtail is probably vicious.

Meant to try them but opted for another spot. Will try when back in town. I wonder if they made oxtail pizza popular. I see everyone on social doing it now.

I really don’t like too many toppings on my pizza.

I’ve also seen other spots try to game ppl with oxtail as a topping or oxtail tacos and they ain’t nowhere as good as just oxtail and rice (w/ carrots)

I’ll give it a try next time I’m in the Stuy tho
